Return Policy

Regular priced merchandise purchased in store at Moorestock Mini may be returned for a full refund within 5 days of the purchase date when accompanied by the original receipt. Any regular priced merchandise that has passed the 5 day refund period may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another item or store credit. Items must be returned in an unworn, saleable condition with all tags attached. 

*Items purchased on Black Friday, Swimwear, Underwear, and Clearance items are Final Sale.

604-885-1444 or email us at info@moorestockmini.ca. For approved returns, you have 10 business days from the time of delivery to ship the item back to us in its original condition. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it before issuing a refund. If for any reason the product is not returned in its original condition or is no longer saleable, restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

*Please note that original shipping fees charged when sending the order out are non refundable.
